Bob FitzSimmons is the Founder of FP Wealth Management, Inc. Bob began his career in financial services at age 50 after serving as an Air Force Officer and working for more than 24 years as a Product Marketing Executive with three major consumer package goods companies.
From 1990-2025, Bob was a Certified Financial Planner® professional. Bob was very active both in Nebraska and nationally in various professional organizations including: National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and Financial Planning Association (FPA).
In 2025, Bob received the Lincoln, NE Kiwanis Club Distinguished Community Service Award as well as the Northwest Missouri University Alumni Special Friend Award. These two awards were based on 20 college scholarships Bob awards annually, his involvement as a Team Mates mentor, past president of the St. Mark's United Methodist Church Foundation, and 16+ years as a governor appointed Board Trustee at Wyuka Cemetary and Funeral Home.
