My Continuity Plan:

I am frequently asked by clients what would happen to their investment accounts should I suffer a life-threatening illness or accident or one day retire. The good news is that I have had a formal continuity and succession plan in place for several years. The plan is in place so that our clients will not experience any disruption in the level of financial services they have experienced for many, many years.

Jason Peplinski has for several years been the key investment services professional backup in my office. He is named in my formal written continuity plan should anything happen that would limit my capacity in the short or long run to service clients.

Jason and I first started working together in November 2007. During this time, Jason has repeatedly demonstrated a level of client service and investment knowledge that is both broad and comprehensive.

I have seen first-hand how he assists his clients and believe his ethics and service mentality are qualities with which my clients will be comfortable. He has been engaged in the financial service business for more than 25 years. Accordingly, Jason is both a partner and Vice President of FP Wealth Management, Inc. I look forward to introducing him to you on your next visit to the office.

Of course, I still plan to be around and will continue to help my clients address their investment goals and objectives. But it is great to be surrounded by a competent team who can continue on seamlessly should an unforeseeable illness or accident occur.

The NAIFA award is based upon sales generated by advisors specializing in Life & Annuities & Investments, Health & Employee Benefits, multi-line sales or any combination and who have met the adherence to the NAIFA code of ethics, and service to the industry associations. Advisors are also evaluated on professionalism through education and earned designations.
