Kate was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management with an emphasis in leadership, management, and entrepreneurship.
In her role, Kate focuses primarily on business operations, including scheduling, overseeing front desk operations, and supporting the day-to-day functions that keep the firm running smoothly. She is also a member of the leadership team, helping guide organizational strategy and operational excellence across the firm.
What Kate loves most about her role is its focus on team development, hiring, and creating consistency throughout the organization. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Kate is proud to call this community home. She and her husband are raising their three daughters, and she enjoys baking, spending time with family, and relaxing at the pool or lake.
